There are many instances where you may require time away. Saga Education has committed to providing our employees with paid time off options when time away is needed.

Vacation: For those family trips and summer vacations, there is a generous vacation structure in place at Saga Education. This plan provides ample time to recharge and refresh and increases with tenure.

Holidays & Winter Wellness: At Saga Education, we recognize 11 paid federal holidays. We also recognize the cultural diversity of our workforce. We provide three floating holidays to celebrate what’s important to you. In addition to the scheduled holidays & floating holidays, Saga Education offers a Winter Wellness week, a time to enjoy with family and friends and personally reset for the new year.

Sick / Mental Health: The well-being of our employees is something that is not overlooked at Saga Education. Employees receive two weeks of time off for sick leave for doctor’s appointments or days when they are not feeling well. Sick leave can also be used for mental health days to take time to prioritize your mental wellness.

Parental Leave: Bringing a new child into your family can be an exciting and joyous time. At Saga Education, we understand you need time to care for your new family member and adjust to the changes. Whether you are adopting or having a child, we offer parental leave to our employees so that you can welcome your new addition into your family without any stress or worry.
