A Foundation of Teamwork

At Saga Education, the culture is one that values collaboration, ongoing development, and true care for its employees. Having been part of the team for nearly two years, I’ve experienced firsthand how Saga provides meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth. As Saga’s Social Media Manager, I’m constantly collaborating with stakeholders across departments, and every experience has only strengthened my admiration for the company’s supportive environment.

Team Collaboration and Unity

One of the things I love most about working at Saga is the collaborative spirit. Working closely with different shareholders ensures efficiency, but more importantly, there’s always a willingness to help one another. This summer, the marketing team had an offsite retreat where we worked together. It wasn’t just about work—we took time to bond, engage in fun activities, and get to know each other better. The result? A stronger, more connected team that’s ready to support one another in every challenge.

Saga provides fantastic professional development opportunities. For employees looking to further their education, there’s financial support available—a huge benefit for those seeking to expand their skills. Personally, I recently had the opportunity to complete the Adult Mental Health First Aid certification offered through Saga, and I was thrilled to be part of that initiative. Saga also recognizes hard work. Within a short time, I’ve been promoted and recognized by my colleagues, which shows just how much the company values its employees’ contributions.

Being a part of Saga’s DEIB team is another fulfilling aspect of my role. Our team works to ensure that diversity and inclusion are at the forefront of Saga’s culture. From virtual museum tours to lunch and learn sessions, we’re always providing resources and educational experiences that help foster an inclusive environment. It’s more than just policies—it’s about creating a space where everyone feels supported and valued.
